All rates are priced per night. If a holiday falls on a Monday, a Sunday rate will apply. State and local taxes are not included in room rates. Room rates are subject to change and black-out dates may apply during holiday and special event periods. Rates are based on double occupancy where permitted. Each additional person is $30.00.
We offer special mid week rates.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General Cancellation Fees for One, Two or Three Rooms. This is a small inn. A cancellation is very costly to us. Cancelling a room reduces our income by approximately 10% per day for each cancelled room. We hope you do not have to cancel. If you do cancel, the following shall apply.
Unless you re-book at the time of cancellation, you will be charged a thirty dollar (US$30.00) Cancellation Fee.
Reservations cancelled 30 or more days before the check-in date will be given a full refund and charged only the Cancellation Fee.
Reservations cancelled between 14 and 29 days before the scheduled check-in date are charged the first night’s rate plus taxes, plus the Cancellation Fee.
Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to scheduled check in are charged for the entire booked reservation plus taxes plus the Cancellation Fee.
No shows are charged for the entire booked reservation plus taxes plus the Cancellation Fee.
IMPORTANT: We will not book the same room for the same night twice. If you are charged for cancelling a reservation and we are able to book the room for the nights that you cancelled, all charges except the Cancellation Fee will be refunded. Our reservation system shows all bookings so you may check to see if the room you cancelled has been re-booked.
Special Cancellation Fees for Four or More Room. When renting four or more rooms, or when renting the entire Inn, Special Cancellation Fees are included in the contract. We are flexible with these requirements so please discuss them with the Innkeeper.
Pet Friendly. We warmly welcome pets based on room availability. We allow pets in three rooms. These are rooms with direct access to the outdoors. Crated pets are fine. Pet barriers are available for pets that are not crated.
We have two small dogs that are pet and people socialized. They enjoy visiting with our pet guests and are available if requested by our guests.
There is a one-time per stay $50.00 non-refundable fee per pet. There will be additional charges if there are damages, or if there is evidence of the pet having urinated, defecated, or left odors that require special treatment.
When registering, the owner is required to sign a separate Pet Agreement.
Children Friendly. Well- mannered children are always welcome at the Inn. A child counts as a guest. Since many of our guests stay at the Inn seeking a peaceful retreat, parents are required to be sure their children do not cause these guests any disturbances.
Room Rates and Occupancy. Rates are for single or double occupancy. Room rates are subject to all applicable taxes. At the time of this writing, federal, state, and local taxes equal 14.25%
Law, administered by the Fire Marshall, governs the number of people permitted to occupy each room. The Inn may not exceed the number of persons permitted. In rooms licensed for more than two people, there is a $30.00 charge per person per day for more than two people in the room. The Inn has rooms that allow either two, or three, four, or six occupants.
The maximum number of people the Inn can accommodate in its ten bedrooms is twenty-nine (29). Although The Inn can house 29 people, the Inn can accommodate more than 300 people for special events on its covered pavilion.
A child is an occupant and charged at the same rate as an adult.
There is a fifty dollar (US $50.00) per stay charge for each pet. The fee is a one-time charge and will apply to a one day or multiple day stays.
All payments are in US dollars. We accept cash, checks, traveler’s checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and Diner’s Club
Checking In and Out. Guests may check in from 3 PM to 6 PM. For other times, special arrangements are required. Please advise us as soon as possible if you wish to check in before 3 PM or after 6PM.
Guests are required to checkout by 11 AM. You may request a late checkout. Late checkout is subject to owner’s approval and room availability.
A half-day charge may be made for the use of the room after 11 AM until 5 PM.
Meals and Snack . The daily rate includes a choice of wine and snacks served between 5:30 and 7:00 PM or dessert later in the evening. It also includes a gourmet breakfast on the mornings after your stay. Breakfast may be scheduled for any time before check out.
With advance reservations, guests may choose to have dinner at the Inn. The advance reservations are required to permit the Innkeepers to purchase food for the dinner. Ask the Innkeeper for the available menu choices. We strive to provide quality local ingredients such as free-range eggs, local baked goods, local wines, and local vegetables. The fine dinners are prepared to order.
Most special dietary requirements can be met. We can provide vegetarian, gluten free and other special meals. We are not able to provide kosher dining.
The Inn is not a licensed restaurant. We may serve only our guests staying at the inn and their guests
Guests may provide their own beverages. There is no fee for this.
Guests are welcome to have beverages and snacks in their rooms. Meals and larger snacks should be taken in the dining areas of the Inn. Because we are a country inn, we enjoy many small animals and some unwelcome insects. We ask that guest be particularly careful about having food trash removed from rooms as promptly as possible to discourage these unwelcome visitors.
Group Bookings: We have sleeping accommodations for 29 people. Special group rates are available for three or more rooms. Guest should discuss these possibilities with the Innkeeper. The Inn can welcome more than 300 people on its covered pavilion for parties, weddings, and other special events.
Non-refundable $300.00 deposit is required to book the entire Inn. A 50% deposit of the full amount is due 60 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance is due 15 days before arrival. If the group is cancelled, the 50% deposit is forfeited.
General Policies. We are a Smoke Free Inn. Smoking is not allowed anywhere indoors at the Inn. This restriction includes guest rooms, hallways, and, public rooms.
Guests smoking in rooms will be requested to leave immediately and charged a minimum of $275.00 for a refresher fee.
Guests may smoke on outside room decks, on the large pavilion, and on the grounds. Receptacles are placed throughout the grounds for disposing of butts and tobacco.
For insurance and security reasons, candles, incense burner, or other flames are not allowed in guest rooms or on patios or decks.
Parking: Guests may park either on the upper lot near the main entrance, or on the lower lot near the secondary entrance to the inn, or across the road.
