The Inn at Dresden offers a package to rent the Pavilion/Deck for parties and for all celebrations.

The two level deck or pavilion was built by Dave Longaberger as the place to host parties for his guests and staff. As with everything else he did, Dave spared no expense. The rustic deck is a handsome venue – open on all sides to beautiful views and weather while being roofed to protect from rain. There is a spacious bar, restrooms for men and women and electricity. The 10,000 square foot deck can accommodate up to 200-350 guests; reaching over the wooded hillside will make a grander statement and perfect for Wedding , entertainment area, reunions, family gatherings and graduation parties.
The 1ST and 2nd level can accommodate up to 300 to 350 people
The 2nd level (for smaller groups) 50-100 people has a spacious bar and built in 4 bar tables with high chairs , restrooms for men and women.

Pavilon Rates :
- $750.00 for 50 or less guests – 2nd level
- $1,000.00 for 55 t0 100 guests – 2nd level
- $1,500.00 for 101 to 350 guests – 1st and 2nd level
Special Package: $2,500 (all inclusive) includes:
1st and 2nd level Deck (for 100 to 300 guests)
- One (1) Bride & Groom Luxury suite (with King Bed, whirpool tub for 2, private porch)
Catering, music, refreshments, decorating, parking directions, control, and all other expenses are the renter’s responsibility but referrals for all can be provided.

You select the caterer and service providers of your choice to meet your needs and coordinate your own food and beverage needs.
