Owner, Innkeeper of The Inn At Dresden

Joy was born and raised in the Philippines.  She moved to the US in the early 90s and worked in prestigious hotels in Washington DC for seventeen years.  Her precious experiences in the hotel business made her and her husband, Allen Rothenberg, decide to purchase and run The Inn at Dresden in Ohio.  After Allen’s death in early 2021, Joy is now single-handedly managing the Inn, .  the peace and quiet and breathtaking view has become a wonderful way of her life to thrive joyfully.

Joy with her friendly, welcoming and amazing flexibility made her guests stay in comfortable home-like environment. Not to mention the breathtaking view from the Inn on top of the hill where she and her guests enjoy anytime of the year. She made this Inn a center of her love and happiness, a wonderful way of life — not just for her guests, but also for family and friends.
